I’m obsessed with amazing customer service. As a customer, I always find myself in disbelief at some of the so called customer service that businesses offer. Someone actually called me last week to say ‘You emailed us a year ago with an issue. How can I help?’ What the ????. Amazon is always my customer service hero!
I truly believe it is not hard to excel at customer service. I just simply put myself in their shoes. As a parent, as all my customers are, I want quick responses. I want an honest response. I want to know if and when my problem will be fixed. I do not want to be disrupted. I want to be dealt with fairly. I want the other side to listen to my problem and address it..not give me an something which is copied and pasted and answers half my question.
My obsession with customer service resulted in this 5* review on Amazon a few days ago.
I purchased a Gator Watch for my 9 year Daughter, who absolutely loved it.The set up was easy, with clear instructions being sent through by an activation email.The Gator Watch is a fantastic Design with different colours – my daughter loves the pink one.
After a few weeks she dropped the watch- as 9 years do! and the screen smashed.The customer service/ after care I received was the best I have ever seen from any company. I emailed and within and hour the watch was being sent back for repair. Colleen ( I think she is the owner of the company) contacted me almost everyday with updates of the repair and the delivery details of the new watch. All the staff members that processes the original purchase and helped with the repair where outstanding. I am very impressed with the Company and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them and recommend them
First class product. – the very best customer Service.
